Right to way

I had an agricultulral land without any way.
How can i get a right to way over such propety?
In case i pay money to my neighbour for the path.How can i got it registered?

1. Yes, this is your legal right to way known as right to easement.

2. The neighbor is under legal obligation to provide you a way across his land so that you can have an access to your land.

3. Such negotiations can be reduced in writing on a non judicial stamp paper and are then subsequently registered and later after the registration the way marked in such a deed will be made accessible to you. But then you may have to pay to the neighbor some money for granting such right of way and use of his land.

4. For this you may need assistance of a local advocate.

Have an amicable solution with your neighbor about right of passage, if solution possible get it in writing with the help of your lawyer.
