my wife along with hwer mother is harrasing me .in yr 2005 she had logde a complete in police station under ipc 498 which later in the court she say it was mistake and taken the complete back.
now again along with her month is is harrseing me and logbe a complete in women cell she has taken all the jewerrly and cash and harrsing thro police whart should i do.she has also taken two kids with her and she is sataying with someboby

Apply for the divorce, but cannot escape from the complaint filed by your wife, you have to face it.
All the court proceedings and police station
will harrash you, so meet the elders of your and wife's elders of the society let them convince your wife, she may say yes to their advises.

Obtain the certified copies of her earlier similar complaint and produce the copies of the same before woman cell and police. They shall definitely take those documents in consideration and even may drop the proceedings against you treating the complaint as frivolous. If not then also all those documents shall favour you in the court. So far as harassment is concerned, it is natural in such matters but be ready with courage to face all such things. Dvorce is not a solution to your problem as you have also 2 kids. Better convince your wife with the hlp of social dignitaries.
