Pl. answer me whether documantary proof is necessary for proof of minority to proove the offence U/S. 366 of I.P.C.?

The minority can either be proved by any valid public document or by Ossification Test.

Yes, documentary evidence like birth certificate or school certificate is required to prove age of the minor

Yes, you have to produce relevant documents to prove the minority, as no one can simply say to the court to believe that someone is adult or minor, without those relevant documents as refered to by the members.

birth certificate by muncipale authority,school certificate or expert doctors opnion/certificate require for proof of minority.all above certificate must be prooved by cogent evidence in court.
