letter of administration

Hello,

having a decree and Letter of admin with respect to property awarded in my name not enough for me to occupy my vacant flat
that was contested by third party but lost by them

do i need execution of decree still ?

Any decree if not complied by the defendant needs execution for which fresh execution proceeding is to be filed and necessary order is to be obtained from court.

Yes a petition for execution of decree has to be moved if the decree was not complied with by the defendant.

i am petitioner i have filed for hiership and Letter of Administration which is been awarded in my favour , do i need to execute decree to take over possesion of my flat whis is currently lying vacant and during the case was on i had filed for status quo and obtained to prevent anyone entering apartment
