Although it is an academic query and you should have consulted your tutor and/or law books before posting this query, yet I would advise on the subject that she can demand maintenance, travelling to court and litigation expenses.

My wife filed sec 24 HMA againt my RCR. But I heard sumwhere that sec 24 is only against Divorce not for RCR. I was confused. That's why asked this question. however, thanks all for your valuable reply.
