Regading accident

Respected sir,
This is Prasad working in public sector unit.while travelling in my own car,with private driver an accident was happened.the person who met accident was fully drunken. he filled a case against me. what shall i do?
i have total car insurance including third party. he wants compensation nearly 100000/-. Suggest me what shall i do.

u must prove he was drunk.

However, insurance company will pay ; u need not worry. do not part with any cash, Let it go to court..

Let him claim from court, insurance company would pay.

Thank you Sir for your advise. One more information i want to add to the above Query i.e. The case was filled on driver... but the compensation letter from Court was focoused on me
as highliting Respondant No:1 ...Prasad
Respondant No:2 ICICI lombard.
i have confused that case filled on Driver and letter was issued to me?.
