Thanks one and all for providing information to my previous quries.
Sirs, I had one doubt kindly clear it.
Whether a Step father can be the natural guardian of a minor step daughter?
this will allow the law
if so kindly provide the law detail.
if there is any supportive judgments available pls kindly provide the information

Remove word "Natural" as it is totally unnecessary. No law require that the Guardian should be Natural only.
Now every thing is OK.
The Father "Natural" or "Step" is "Guardian" of his natural or adopted sons and daughter.
So Father is Not Natural Guardian but He is Guardian and fully empowered to do as such for his adopted daughter.

Expert Mr. Agarwal, the step daughter is not an adopted daughter, so the step father cannot become a guardian to this step daughter by any means despite all of them may live and reside under the same roof. The step father should have adopted the step daughter properly as per law to become her guardian.
