Can a CA BE appointed as arbitrator. If yes, than is there any eligibility criteria for CA like that much experience.

Generally, appointment of arbitrator by two parties by agreement. There is no such restrictions on arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 on appointment of chartered accountant.
