In proceedings before a joint collector involving family property, the joint collector did not allow us into the courthouse and only allowed the lawyers inside. The day's proceedings involved filing a rejoinder and some arguments before the joint collector. Is the joint collector permitted to keep the parties outside the hearing under such circumstances? What remedy do I have under such circumstances? Please do help.

parties can remain present along with lawyers briefed by them . . lawyers can during arguments if necessary seek clarifications from clients on any issue . wait for orders to be passed by jt collector .

Parties should be allowed to be present in the court during hearing.
