Regarding witness

(Querist) 13 November 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have filed a RCR file against my wife. Now court give a instructions to appear a witness in front of the family court. But I am along no other persons in my front and back. I have one other family member in family. Now I want to appear my father-in-laws as my witness. But he is not agree. Now what can I do? without my witness RCR is accept. I also told that I accept his (father-in-lawS) all statements. His statements is final, there is no objection from my part.

Please suggest me. Please Help me.

After your evidence is complete you can summon your father in law to depose.
However I do not think that would be wise decision as he is likely favour his daughter, not you.
