Pintu and Hetal are husband and wife. Pintu dies his family think as natural death but after funeral ceremony they got news from public that was a murder case instead of natural death. Family of Pintu now know the murderer but he unable to sui case because postmortem was not done on dead body

Actually in above case wife is a murderer with support of 2-3 other person now she get 2nd marriage within 20 days of pintu's death and after 2nd marriage now she want to sui the case on Pintu's brother and mother for property which is on the name of pintu's mother

inform the police that you suspect that pintu was murdered . . investigations would be done and wife statement would be recorded .

There is no injury on the body it was a murder with taking proper safety and his wife statement is different with different people

In another case, you have stated that Pintu's wife has given in writing that she has no right in the property of the Pintu or his mother, now you have stated, "after 2nd marriage now she want to sui the case on Pintu's brother and mother for property which is on the name of pintu's mother." So, what actually is your problem?
