Dear Learned lawyers
My wife has filed 498a and with the help of police has thrown me out of my house
The case has come to evidence stage and the prosecution is not letting her lead evidence for the past 2 years
She has leased and rented my properties
I would like to know what is the process for eviction of illegal tenant

If the house is in your name then issue legal notice to the tenent to vacate the house by giving him 15 days time u/s 108 of TP Act if he failed then initiate the legal proceedings.

You must be coward enough to get evicted form your own house. nEither she nor the police has got any right under the eye of law to evict you from your own property unless so directed by court in a proceeding under OWDV Act.

Thanks for the replies and advise
She has filed DV. The court has not restrained me from entering my house.
After I was released on bail in 498a the police asked me not to go to my house.
At that time I didnt have the courage or the strength to fight with the police
Now the ACP is asking me to vacate the ground floor by paying the lease amount of Rs 14,50,000. I told the ACP since I have not leased it I am not obliged to repay the amount.
I have filed perjury for my DV case and also filed IPC 405/406
I want to file legal proceedings against the tenants to evict them
