i have a aggricultural land get from my father. now that land was distributed to all my three daughters & including me with registered family partition deed.
now my doubt is who are the legal heirs of my share of the property.
is my wife or my all daughters (all are married).

ANYWAY SHARE OF HUSBAND SHALL DEVOLVE UPON WIFE IN EVERY JURISDICTION MAY BE ALONG WITH DAUGHTERS OR ON ALONE BASIS AS IS THE CASE IN U.P.
