Without referring the case file, nothing fruitful can be advised, consult local lawyer.

Discuss the grounds in which the plaintiffs have filed the case. Also, what about the owner (seller) of property, who is missing from your brief description of the court case?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate Online (Expert) 04 May 2015
Such things are regularly happening in Bangalore (Karnataka), the ultimate sufferers are the innocent purchasers, The original vendors will vanish away after selling the properties but will mastermind the conspiracy from behind by provoking their kin to file such suits to extort money illegally from the purchasers. In this case, the vendor must have died or has been kept off intentionally. It is the high handed mischief of the plaintiffs. some lawyers are also involved in such scams. Engage a good lawyer who will not tilt sides after entering appearance and fight out your case on merits.
