Hii firstly girl filed 498 is there any chance they covert to 493 once one fir is registered?

Dear Mr Rajesh,
498 A is section where the wife is subject to cruelty by his own husband and his relatives; here the stste of a girl is of wife and under Sec 983 the provisions are entirely different here the girl is not a wife but by putting her to believe that the accused is her lawful husband the accused has cohabited with her which is a crime it reads that "Every man who by deceit causes any woman who is not lawfully married to him to believe that she is lawfully married to him and to cohabit or have sexual intercourse with him in that belief, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine."
So it can convert to this section if in the findings it has been cleared that the woman have been deceived about her marriage.
