I got order from court and opposite party deposited money to court. I dont know next procedure to get money from forum. Can you help me to get cheque from forum.

file application in CF under section 151 of cpc so that court allows you to withdraw the said amount.

how to get cheque from hyderabad forum 1 consumer court. They ask me file cheque petition. I dont know what is the procedure do that.
