Property right

Dear Sir,

If mother has sold/transfer her property to some else. Her son is not more than 18 years. Son has the right to claim it in future if he cover 18 years more. If any possibility to claim by is father. The son has the right to claim it or not. what he can do for recovering the property. Please advice.

Mother has right to transfer / sell/ mortgage / gift / will her self acquired property and the son has no claim to it during his minor-ship or after attaining majority.

If the property is in the name of mother then she has all rights over it she can sell it,gift it and use it as she can wish, the son can not claim any right over it before or after attaining majority.
