DOB CERTIFICATE RELATED

Sir if a illiterate person wants to apply for pan card, dept needs DOB proof where party doesn't have any such neither birth certificate nor any alternative documents. Kindly suggest me what document can satisfy the dept DOB requirement in order to he can prepare and apply for pan card.. Thanks

You have to obtain NON-AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE from the authority which issues Birth Certificate.
You must be having an Horoscope.

Given an Affidavit alongwith Non-Availability Certificate and Horoscope as a proof of Date of Birth.

In some states there is procedure of late recording of DOB, you can proceed if facility available.

Alternately you can submit an affidavit regarding date of birth, format can be had from:
