I have filed for divource as my wife was having love affair. I have few phone call recording between her n her boyfriend. Is phone call recording vaild in Indian court. Last month counselling got over. I dont want to spend my life wth her. Please guide what I can do better.

Ofcourse It would be a Valid Evidence.I would Suggest Have a discussion with your Wife regarding this Thro Some Respected People of both of You and say that you are Interested in Peaceful separation and have her consent to Convert the Case to Mutual consent Divorce which would be Completed in 6 months with out hurdles.

Though a valid evidence,its the discretion of the court.If UR 100% sure of her affair,then better go for MCD as suggested by Adv.Rajkumar.Is there a chance of reconciliation, if UR allegations are presumptions.

Telephone call recording is acceptable evidence in the courts if voice is confirmed.
