Do some hard work and find out the advocate who had conducted summery suits, merely good advocate will not do.

AND IT WILL DEPEND ON THE FACTS AND DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE, OTHERWISE EVEN A GOOD ADVOCATE ALSO CAN NOT DO MUCH.

If summons are served than you have only ten days to convince the court to get order for leave to defend. If it can be obtained your job is 90% done , if not the fate is sealed.
