Hi.. In emergency case I have to leave my paying guest on urgent basis. But now owner is denying to refund my security deposit and asking for one month's notice. As I have to leave urgently I cannot give one month's notice and also we haven't made any agreement between us. So now I want my deposit back please guide how can I get it back

You may serve a Notice through an Advocate demanding back the deposit.

Is it registered / has proper licenses / municipal permissions?

Do you have a receipt for the advance amount paid to the PG, if you possess one, you may issue a legal demand notice on your own to the management demanding the Deposit amount.
