Flat transfer through succession

My mother have applied for succession certificate in Hon. Court, and within 3 months we would be getting succession certificate for a flat which my Father left without making Will and Nomination, my question is what it the procedure of Society to Transfer the Flat after getting Succession certificate and submitting it to Society, in Thane maharashtra

Discuss with the society regarding transfer of the flat. In Immovable property only heirship certificate may fulfil the requirement.
