Is there any convention, protocol and other guidelines to deal with E-commerce & ICT (Information & Communication Technology) arbitraic disputes where muti-parties & jurisdictions are involved.? Grateful if provided information for applicable substantive & Procedural Law

The IT ACT 2000 recognises the UNICITRAL 1997 Model Law on Electronic Commerce. Google search and other internet searches suggest that in resolving disputes related to ICT contracts, Application Service Provider /Internet Service Provider to End-user Contracts, India appears still at infancy. My question is if a dispute arises, that dispute can be resolved through ADR mechanism?

Regarding disputes between Investors against the Trading Members/Sub-brokers/Authorised Persons with regard to trades and transactions done on the Exchange or anything incidental thereto, the procedural Rules of NSE, BSE etc will take care of.
With respect to ICT/E-commerce Which procedural law, Rules, we have to comply with?

All such disputes will first find solutions through ADR or arbitration clauses and after that only they may look for more legal avenues if the dispute is unlikely to be solved amicably.
