My mother owns a property for the last 2o years and if she transfer the property under my name through gift deed, will the property tax change.

Consult muncipality commissioner for property tax, which is being levied and charged differently by various municipalities.

Property tax remains unchanged.

Local rules apply, if some concession is provided to ladies assesses / other concession due to catagory, that may be withdrawn if property transferred and new owner does not fulfill the conditions catagory.
