Me janna chahti hu ki kya koi parityakta mahila apne pitaji ki sampatti me barabar ki haqdar hogi jabki wah pita ke ghar pichle 22 year se rah rhi he or uske pati ne usse 3 betiyon ke sath chod diya tha. Aise case me low kya kahta he

Nothing is related to your matrimonial status

If Hindu then Hindu Succession Act applies, and you have right on your father property equally with brothers.

Daughter is a heir to parent's property irrespective of the marital status.

The author (deserted married Woman with three kids) is hinting at rights to reside in Father's property, and rights of share in Father's property.

The father is alive.

The author has not mentioned which personal law applies e.g. Hindu Succession Laws......and the property is self acquired or ancestral, HUF etc..........

The author should try and seek maintenance from husband..........
