sir i want to know that if a person change his caste (for social benefit) in obc and not category and on behalf of that certificate he gots gov job so what is the legal procedure to change the caste and it is a crime or not.it is dangeorous for gov job or not . please give your suggestion thanks

It is no crime, we have liberty to chose any caste and religious as per the constitution

sir i want to apply job under obc category originally i belongs to obc category but my father changed our cast in obc certificate and all the neighbour knows as new cast so i want to know that if i got gov job on behalf of this certificate. so i want to know that it is a crime in prespective of taking gov job or it is a social crime what will be action apply on me by the government thanks
