Can a homeopath issue medical cerificate for eol?

Guest (Querist) 11 May 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
I'm a permanent teacher in Delhi government school, employed since 5 years.

I'm facing several health issues and want to apply for EOL(Extraordinary Ordinary Leave) for 1 month on medical grounds.I'm under the treatment of a homeopath.I can't go to a MBBS doctor as allopathic drugs do not suit me.

I very well know that the medical certificates of homeopaths are allowed in case of medical leaves.

However I wish to know,if the govt department accepts medical certificates of homeopaths to grant EOL on medical ground.

Please advise urgently..

Thanks..

Download the service rules and leave rules of your establishment, and pursue the rules.

Or post the link to such rules.

Dear learned gentlemen,

I;m really amazed at your helpful attitude!Kudos to the members of lawyersclub India.

You people are taunting me because i repeated my query.you don't have any understanding as to why I repeated my query.

I repeated my query because I had posted my problem 12 hrs back. But nobody had replied till now.

Mr. kumar doab, you asked me to download rules to know.
i have already stated in my query that i'm aware that homeopaths' med. certificates are recognized.however i'm not sure if they're recognized for EOL(extra ordinary leave).Still you are asking me to go through rules.

sir,if i had found the answer to my question after downloading the rules, would i have asked this question at LCI??
if lawyers like you start giving such weird advices to people that they should download rules from the net, then what is LCI site meant for?

i thought people come here when they can't find answers to their problems anywhere else...

thanks a lot to all of you for punishing me like this, just because i committed a grave sin of repeating my query...

There is no taunting in any post by any Expert.

There is no weird advise.

It has been posted that; "Download the service rules and leave rules of your establishment, and pursue the rules.

Or post the link to such rules.'

You have not posted any link to the applicable rules.

It shall be erroneous to post anything without pursuing the rules.

You alone are the best person to post the applicable rules or atleast the link to said rules.

Anyone thousands of miles away may not know which extent rules apply to your establishment and your designation.

OR YOU MAY WAIT TILL SOMEONE THAT KNOWS YOUR DEPTT. RULES AND YOUR DESIGNATION REPLY TO THE QUERY IN THE THREAD.

This is the link.Leave rules of central govt apply.

again and again members have pointed out that i repeated my query.is that not taunting a member who's not been answered to yet.

if people don't wish to help here,or don't have the knowledge it's better for them to shut up instead of repeatedly telling me that i have repeated my question.it only shows that they're here to earn points by giving useless answers that serve no purpose..

CLUB ALL POSTS IN ALL THREADS BY QUERIST.
I concur with Expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar.
I shall also not post any findings, impressions, observations, for the querist, in any of the threads.

No, nothing in any post, is taunting.
None of the response is weird.
Mind your indecorous, derogatory conduct.
Look at your language and conduct in your own post. Use such language and adopt such conduct and you are likely to get NO response in any forum that you may roam into. Rather you may invite a strict and serious response. It shall not be out of context to mention that sensible experts do not tolerate such language and conduct even during paid consultations.

; “if people don't wish to help here,or don't have the knowledge it's better for them to shut up instead of repeatedly telling me that i have repeated my question.it only shows that they're here to earn points by giving useless answers that serve no purpose..”

Rather it is you that has to shut up.
You need to realize that it is your own boss that has indirectly asked you to shut up.
If you realize then it shall be most appropriate on your part to regret.
You also need to realize and not commit any transgression.

Any querist has nothing to do with points if any earned by any Expert/Member. It is none of any business of any querist /author.
An employer be it govt or private reserves the exclusive right to ask the employee to present before Medical Board, if there is long absence due to purported medical reasons. An employer can severe the employer-employee relationship for long absence, due to prolonged sickness.
How long and how many times the bosses and other employees can bear the burden of doing the extra work due to sickness of one employee and fall in head count!

‘this is because you too joined your fellow colleagues in pointing out my repetition.i can understand sir.you'll obviously side with these repliers here as they're your colleagues.’

NO, the experts have been wholeheartedly posting their individual findings, impressions, observations, for the querist, in all of the threads, and have moderated the threads for the benefit of one and all readers, except those when the querist is indecorous
‘if someone is interested in replying,it'll be better if he also posts the link/attachment/law which substantiates his point(whether the certificate will be admissible in govt department or not)’
The querist/author can request for citations. Experts/members can accept or decline. NO querist/author has any right to demand citations and resort to defamation if citations are not provided.
During moderations also some points may come up and even citations; however neither, author/querist and even admin has any right on such citations/ findings, impressions, observations.

There are many querist that get even citations and come back to thank the experts, and it is not at all difficult to find out the names and addresses of bosses/officials in escalation, e.g; latest one at:

Your issue seems to be one and only one i.e. Experts earning points from posts.

You will agree that this is not and can not be your decision.

It has already been posted that 'I concur with Expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar.
I shall also not post any findings, impressions, observations, for the querist, in any of the threads.'

Hope this shall be last post.

Beyond this I may be excused.

Author,

Please maintain decorum. The expert has been trying to advice free by spending time, internet charges, electricity etc.

Technically any point from LCI is of no use as far as compensation is concerned.

Author has not mentioned his address / phone nos. etc. so that clients may contact for paid service.

For this selfless service, decorum is requested.

"You earned so many points today through my posts, without giving advise!

I'm sure you'll be lawyer of the month for May."

I am afraid the posting as above is in very poor taste. Mr.Kumar Doab is among the senior, dependable and sobre experts in this forum. Everyone has been gaining immensely from his suggestions.

It would be in the fitness of things if the remarks are withdrawn.
