Dear Experts,
We have inami land on the name of temple at Beed district (Maharashtra). Names of my father and other family relatives appears in 'other rights' section of 7/12. My father is no more.
The said land has 6 survey numbers. The said land is acquired by government to build dam long ago.
Following are my queries;
1. How do I find out survey number against which land was acquired.
2. I doubt compensation is released and part of my father is claimed by my cousin without my notice. How and where do I get the information about who claimed compensation of my father?
3. How and where will I get the information about whether remaining land is sold by my cousin or land's current status.
Thanks in advance.
You can suggest advocate from Beed.

Dear Devi,
The subject land is Devsthan Inam land hence you have no rights to make any claim. Its an alienable land. State Govt has the power to manage the said type of land. Your claims are devoid even though your father's name was in the other rights.
