Is online Poker game legal in India. I WANT TO START AN ONLINE POKER GAME IN INDIA. PLZ LET ME KNOW IS IT LEGALL IN INDIA OR NOT.....

Now a PIL is pending before Supreme Court for its ruling on online gaming of poker and Rummy being skill games would strictly come within the ambit of gambling? According to some of Supreme
court's previous ruling online poker gaming is a skill game hence poker should be excluded from gambling and made legal.
So wait till the supreme court decides on the legality of poker game to start your online business of poker game.

Why do you not understand that we, the experts on this platform, are doing social service obliging needy litigants, without any charges?
The question do not arise for repeated query, however, if you are not satisfied with experts response(s) to original thread especially it is FREE OF COST, you must prefer to consult a local lawyer.
