Sir,
I became the victim of Vedic Jyotish santha-Ayodhya UP which collected around Rs. 12000/- from me by telling some pooja has to be made as there is marriage related problem in my kundli. Believing such things, now i am regreting for it, Can any body suggest me how to get my money back as i am residing in Karnataka its not possible for me to lodge complaint by visiting there place, i found some of the mail ids of Faizabad UP and sent complaint for further action.
Believing any one now days, has prooved it again that there is no place for such emotional things infront of Money. Naa baap naa mayya ....but only SABSEE BADAA RUPAAIYAA.....and they can do anything for money in the name of Spirituality, devotion and belief.
Please suggest. My request to my UP lawyers to provide concerned area ie. Faziabad SP's mail id to bring his notice.
After going through it, i found many people like me have become scapegoat of it.

you can file an police complaint for punishment and also approach consumer forum for compensation.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your mail, but how i can approach consumer forum because, the place of that sanstha is in UP. I have sent hardcopy of complaint to Ayodhya Nagar poiice station, and SP of Ayodhya-Faziabad district. Please suggest about consumer forum how i can file it in Belagavi (karnataka)

If you were online contacted at your place then the complaint can even be made to local police but how had you trapped?
If the donation was your voluntary then there is no scope for the police to initiate further. Has pooja not taken place as you were promised?

You are not consumer hence consumer complaint is not maintainable in the given facts.
