Mediation

Sir,
I am defendant in a partition suit in munsiff court which related my deceased father's property.now case is posted for mediation.but I can't appear for this due to personal difficulties.actually I don't have any objections to plaint.so what will happen to this case on my absence?any way I will not appear until next 1 year.my POA not ready to appear behalf of me.

In civil matters if you don't attend it is not an offence. Matter will be decided exparte and on merits of the plaintiff.
