Problem with mukhbaar

Dear Sir
As per My Last Query There is one Mukhbaar of Police Who Is using Police Against Me.
Last Week i had Fight With Person Physical one and I have also Complaint about this to Police but in Counter revert he and Mukbaar by Discussing to each other Have put a case of woman Harassing on me and Police taken me to Custody where they have beaten me in front of that person and put me in jail on the Sunday i have got a Jamanat From Court and after giving large amount of chunk to SHO they have drop the Woman Harassing and Put 751 on me
i want to ask is there any way i can Secure My self From this Mukhbaar as he has Direct link With SHO

U can inform SP of your district about it with details of evidence along with it.

Sir i am Scared if i do that i have a full guts that they will again frame me in any other fake case

Other party is using legal way illegally.
May contact higher police officials. can write to Chief Minister and state police official (IG).
Media or local politician can play a good role in your favor.
Legal steps would fetch results very late.

Nitin it will be very much impossible to guide you through this forum because ultimately you have to visit a suitable lawyer of your locality again experts are right on the view that other party have found legal way to harass you
