In a divorce petition by wife, husband files ws along with counter claim.Wife files application for exclusion of counter claim. The court disallows application. What is the remedy. Pls. suggest.

What is the counter-claim in a divorce case?

What do you want to communicate stating that, "wife files application for exclusion of counter claim."? Vague statement.

Discuss with your lawyer who is fully aware about the facts of the case. Besides this, there is no requirement of seeking second opinion of experts except it is FREE OF COST.

Moreover, you should change your counsel if you have lost faith in him/her.
