Sir in quash petiton filed by me against domestic voilence case. My wife has change her residence. Therfore summons were received back. Can court stay proceedings if summons are not delieverd .how can i give summons if i dont knw her new address

NEXT COURSE IS SUBSTITUTED SERVICE THROUGH PAPER PUBLICATION.EVEN THEN IF SHE DOESN'T TURN UP TO COURT COURT WILL HEAR THE CASE EXPARTE.
