My sister wants to relinquish her rights on the property earned by our parents in favour of me without any compensation. What is the stamp duty Registration fee for registering this deed ?

Stamp duty varies from State to state. Check with sub registrar office for registration charges.

The stamp duty for relinquishment deed is very very nominal.
For example in Tamilnadu the Stamp Duty rates are as under:
(a) between family members; - One rupee for every one hundred rupees or part thereof of the market value of the property which is the subject matter of release.
(b) other than family members. - Seven rupees for every one hundred rupees or part thereof of the market value of the property which is the subject matter of release.
From the above, you can just have an idea about the amount of stamp duty for Release/Relinquish/Hakka Sod Deed.
