Respected sir kindly gv me legal advice against making of nursing home in residential property in lease area. I m from Gandhidham Gujarat near kandala port.here we have land on lease. Kindly gv yr views

Since you are on lease of the residential premises you will have to seek permission from lessor, municipal and statutory authorities for establishing a new "nursing home".
Engage and seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and proceedings.

Nursing home/hospital can only be build on the assigned/emarked plot for the purpose by the Municipal Corporation of the city, check with your local authority in this regard.

1. Nursing Home in residential premises is possible PROVIDED proper permission is taken from the local Civic Authorities and the Land-Lord of the place. There are a host of other formalities to start a Nursing Home, which you will have to comply.

With due approval from the local body and other related authorities, you can make nursing home in a residential society. However, you can expect hurdle from the society residents too.
