Dear sir/madam

My client worked as state govt employee. He was suspended from his duties. At lower court he succeded. The state went to High court, here they were not succeded. After they conducted officemeeting. My client was to sign. My client was not signed for their questions.

On this ground they terminated and went to Highcourt and get order against my client.

This was happen before forteen(14) years.

My client is econically and socially poor and now he want to get his total allowances.

Is there any possibility to file a suit against the govt .
