I have purchased stilt parking from builder with Rs 80,000/- for which he has given be allotment letter with receipt.

Now society is charging Parking charge ?
which is Ra 75 while for Open parking it is Rs 100. Is this justified?.

Twice my car has been damaged by childrens around. Can i coverup the stilt parking in order to protect the vechile ?.

Is there any specific rule for charging parking charges.

No. As you have already made the payment to the builder as lumsum amount for life hence you are not liable to pay any amount in the name of parking fee to the society and matter od damage to the car should be solved amicably.

Try to solve with your childrens living or playing in your neighbourhood peacefully.Regarding you do not have to brunt of parking charges.
