Suppose a person is planning to start a training institute.
What are the legal procedure required in starting the same?
what acts that he will be taking in account? The said person is stay in in Bhubaneswar,Orissa.

Rent-Deed/title-deed of the premises wherein you want to start your institute, registration under Shop & Establishment act, any partnership-deed etc, if are starting in partnership, bank account, Due permission from education department of your State, permission from technical education board/authority of your state etc.
