I am agree with Mr. Perumal.
Mr. Pratik can you tell us, which clause of which act prohibits the all professionals as described by you, in appearance of arbitration matters?
G. ARAVINTHAN (Expert) 06 May 2010
Any person, who is party to the Arbitration proceedings can appear before Tribunal on hearing date
Daksh (Expert) 07 May 2010
Dear All,

I concur with Aravintham for the reason if we see Section 2 (h) "Party" means a party to the arbitration agreement.

It impliedly means either the party or its authorized person who may be an Advocate, C.A., C.S. or ICWA.

Best Regards

Daksh
