i own a builder floor at 2nd floor (top Floor) with terrace rights on a plot of 112 sq. mtr in indirapuram area. i want to construct a bedroom+ washroom on terrace. what formalities i need to take care of. what is the maximum area that i can utilize? thnx in advance

For any additional pucca construction , the plan is to be sanctioned by the local Municipality which is though not required if you go for a make shift structure.

According the local muncipal acts you have to act, before construction you have to take the permission from the muncipality. Your engineer look into all these matters. It is better to consult your engineer.

You can utilize the area as per your deed.With the deed copy apply for permission.
