Wife is not ready for Kid

Dear experts,
wife is not reday for kid, 2 years forced husband for cotraceptives. Now do not want to have marital relationship with husband, staying in seperate room from last 1 year in same house. Have no intrest in family life.Not listening to any one even her parents.. How to settle this matter. If there is no familiy, marital life there no meaning of life.... what are rights of a husband.. If wife is not fullfilling her duties for marraige..how law supports husband..

Go for Divorce, mutually, if possible.

As per your query husband have some rights and wife have some duties in marital life.Your view is not correct.Both partners have rights and duties.To develop a well settled family each member in the family have there own role to play.Both of you need counseling.See a family counselor.

I have seen counsollor 5-6 times. She is not willing to join. I can not force her.. I am reday to improve where required...
