Your query itself is the answer. It is for the appointment of Receiver of suit property of for taking account/ The decision of the Madras High Court is still the guiding factor while disposing of the application for appointment of Receiver. In this judgement 5 broad parameters were given to decide the applicability for the appointment of Receiver.

the property will be taken into the hands of the receiver and the receiver is the person to govern the property. no plaintiff and no defendant can have right to enter the property without the permission of the receiver.

That is a harsh remedy

SIR I SOUGHT PARAMETERS UNDER WHICH A RECEIVER IS APPOINTED IN A PROPERTY DISPUTE.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE FIVE ACCEPTED PARAMETERS AS LAID DOWN IN A MADRAS HIGH COURT JUDGEMENT WHICH IS UNIVERSALLY ACCEPTED BY ALL COURTS.
