Until he is work as Government Lawyer he is treated as posted on the office of profit. so he has no right to contest election.

Govt advocate has to resign for contesting the election, because he is holding a office of profit. He need not be in pay roll, but he is a Government servant.

If it is a office of profit then how can a person is practicing as an advocate as the advocate himself is not allowed to hold a office of profit. Govt advoacte who represent the state as pp is not holding a office of profit.

Is there any system maintained to check all these facts for all the enrolled advocates? If not, technology can be deployed to create and maintain a database just in the case of IT PAN card
