Regarding c.h.s.law about maniging committe member

hi i am based in mumbai / my query is that in our society 1 person has become managing committe member but the thing is that the flat is in his wife names can he become comitte member if so does he have to take signatures of each and every member of some no of members

no he cannot be a committee member . only a flat owner can become a committe member
