Hi Members,
Please resolve my query.
We reached a compromise in court. But the day I have to return the articles to my wife. They refused to take the same on petty issues.
We went to judge , judge there gave the order that we will decide the case on merit from next date as I had bought the articles and other things judge recorded the same that I bought articles by paying money to truck and was ready to give adequate genuine compensation for some small things missing. But girl side are adamant and are asking for more compensation because of this u take articles back and will decide case on merit.
Now, my wife and her brothers are moving to CAW again for filing case.
Can they file the case against me?
What happens in this situation please tell me?

you have proved your bonafides . the judge has placed on record the fact that you sought to return the articles .according to you only some small items were missing .
when they file case you produce copy of order of the judge recording the fact that you were returning articles but ur wife refused to accept the same .
court after hearing both parties will pass a reasoned order calling upon you to pay for balance missing items

You can force a party to make the compromise.
If she refuses to receive the article and go for filing a case then you can not help except to show your bona fide when the case would be heard.

barman correct the wrds of your reply viz. :You can force a party to make.....' with :you cannot force a party'.
I do agree with experts.
