Psi not giving statement

the psi had taken our statement of my and my wife and i had applied through RTI, but still i didnt get, i then made an first appeal and meet the dcp but still i didnt get our statement...what ever we were tell ing that psi while he was taking the statement he was not writing, he was making his own story and now he is denying in giving the statement...what can be done....i have applied for second appeal but that will go for years....
that psi was bribed and so he was taking the oppostion side......can he be taught a lesson, please help me....

In Second appeal you would get the statement.
In any case statements given to Police has no value. You can complain against his conduct to DCP by registered post and follow up on that.

You disclose complete facts viz. in which case your statements were taken and whether you are complainant and whether any case is pending before court or your statements have been used anywhere or not etc. etc.

The better option is that you send your as well as the witnesses statement to the psi(i.o.) via affidavit through the concern court with a covering letter that you are suspected that i.o. can change the statement of 161cr.p.c. and so you want to send via affidavit .I assure you that he will certainly not change your statement .

Ig appeal fails then file writ in the high court. At least you would get the reply.
