If a candidate passed law under the distance course will it be a valid one? will he get the same recognition?

Yes, if the University offering the course is a genuine one and is authorised by BCI to conduct the course in distance mode.

No BCI recognized law degree course is provided through distance education programme in India as such one cannot enroll and practice as an advocate by obtaining such degree.

Mr. Perumal is right; Evening college courses and distance education courses are not recognised by the BCI for enrolment as Advocates; Other than the enrolment purpose, the law degree is valid if it is recognised by UGC. Certain employers look for 'law qualified' and they specifically mention that 'lawyers not necessary'.
