Illegal arrest and detention by police

Sir,

it is a case of illegal arrest and detention. COuld some one suggest me the best way to go about this. There has been negative response from HRC when I had written to them that there are no ground to itervene. The SP of police has til date not taken any action on my compliant.

You can file a writ before High Court against all erring officials as this is denial of constitutional rights of a citizen.

If he is still in the illegal detention, you can file a HCP in High Court.
