sir
meri firm ki turnover f.y.2010-2011 mein 7000000.00hai main apani firm ka audit nahi kara paya. ab mujhe kya karana chahiye.

Even if it is delayed you need to get the firm audited and file the tax returns else it will be a case of concealment of income and the penalty for such concealment will be minimum 100% of tax evaded or 300%, so I advise you to carry forward with the process and comply immediately.

abhi tak nhi kiya to bhaye sahab ab kra lijiye na. ismain poochhne ki kya baat hai. jaldi kijiye varna aap dand ke bhagi ho sakte hain. return bhriye uske baad or sara banne wala kar ka bhugtan kijiye byas sahit.

Get the books of accounts duly audited by a C.A. Request the C.A. for putting the date of report some day in the month of september. File Return of income. You shall not have to face any problem.
